1) Purpose of data processing

Every time our website is accessed or a file which is stored on our website is retrieved, these actions are logged. This information is saved for system-related and statistical purposes. Logged information: name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, transferred data volume, confirmation of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Should we gather any personal data on our pages (for example name, address or email address), this will always, as far as possible, be carried out on a voluntary basis. This especially applies if a contract is to be entered into between you and us or provisions of such an agreement are to be specified or changed, a request for an offer or contact is made or we receive your registration to receive promotional material (e.g. email newsletter, request for information material etc.). In such cases, we collect and use your personal data to the extent necessary for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent to this usage with effect for the future at any time. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express agreement. You can also withdraw your consent to this at any time. A short email to us is sufficient to withdraw your consent.

We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is required by law, unavoidable for a business process or a precondition or if you have given your consent.

We hereby advise you that the transferring of data on the Internet can be subject to security risks. It is not possible to guarantee that data will be fully protected against access by third parties.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’).
